Located on the first floor, Indigo restaurant is inspired by Cheong Fatt Tze himself, offering a marriage between East and West not just in the setting, but also the cuisine.
Its cuisine is a fine balance of flavours and expert techniques, a reflection of the ever- evolving culinary palette of Chef Jack – influenced by his upbringing in Penang, his kitchen experiences abroad and his travels across the globe.
The interior was designed to complement and enhance the cuisine which it serves, and the restaurant remains one of the must-try restaurants in Penang.
Indigo is open daily for lunch, dinner and private events.
